IB PYP PROGRAMME MODEL
The IB PYP puts the students at the center of the programme. The whole programme is built around the student, encompassing six transdisciplinary themes and themes across subject areas, project work and most importantly, the development of the student learner profile.
Actions and project presentations – students present the topics covered, thus developing critical thinking, collaboration, public speaking skills – develop the IB learner profile.
Approaches to learning (ATL) are an integral part of IB education and help to develop IB learner profile characteristics, conceptual understanding, and research skills.

IB ATL aims to promote students' initiative and cognitive competence. It is important that learners see learning as something they actively do, explore and discover.
By learning IB through subjects, children acquire not only subject-specific knowledge but also other skills.
